Made our goal

We left home, planning on being in NJ by Saturday, 9/26, and we made it. We have covered 4,079 miles and arrived in NJ yesterday, 9/25, mid-afternoon, after leaving Altoona and traveling across PA on the Pennsylvania Turnpike (a $38.00 toll, by the way). I write this, sitting comfortably in the kitchen of Wayne and Eileen Weber. 

Clark has a new home for, at least, a few days. 

He is tucked away in a nice spot on the driveway, ready for a rest and a wash job. 

Last night we went out for pizza--the good, NJ pie. Great conversation was had. 

We have a couple of parties planned today and plenty of people to see. We're looking forward to some great visits before heading to Kentucky for the Bourbon Trail experience.
