"Why you should never take a vacation day on March 31st"
Curt took a couple of days off before April Fool's Day. They were a couple of very hectic days. So to pay him back, we used about six pads of post-it notes to decorate his office. The best part was the fact that he liked his newly decorated office so much that he left the post-its up for a week.
Rich llikes to play his guitar and sing to his itunes when he has some spare time. He certainly looks very serious.
I am so ready for Spring, but I am so not ready to start yard work. I've made a couple attempts, but it just doesn't seem like fun. I decided last fall to not cut back a lot of my perennials. I thought leaving some stalks and plants would add character to my "winter landscape". BIG MISTAKE! Now I have all of these dead black stalky plants that need to be cut back. Yuck.
And, what's with all the weeds this year. I don't think I've ever seen so many weeds this early in the season. It's only the first week in April.
I used to think I enjoyed gardening. Was I just delusional? Or am I just getting older? I can think of so many other things I would rather be doing. Oh well, I'll either get over it and start doing some serious yard work or I'll have a crappy looking yard. Stay tuned.
