Twilight Concert Series

We went to the first Twilight Concert of the season. Usually the concerts start out somewhat crowded and then get more and more crowded as the season progresses. One report had around 10,000 people at this first concert. It's insanely crowded. Good luck if you need to get to a restroom.

This week it was Jenny Lewis....who we enjoyed and Bon Iver....who we thought was whiny and annoying.

Bon Iver - Bad

I hate to sound like a snob, but thank goodness we have friends that give us sponsor patio passes. I don't believe I could handle the crowds otherwise.

Sponsor Patio - Priceless

We rode our bikes to the Gallivan - downhill....it was all good. Parked in the bike lot - waited in line 30 minutes after the concert to retrieve our bikes....not so good. Riding uphill back home...totally sucked. I really need to get out on "bluedilicous" more often.
